Bacon Burger Recipe: Gourmet Twists and Comfort Food, Unite!

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese 
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion slices
  • Pickle slices
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Butter
  1. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions.
  2. Gently shape each portion into a patty, ensuring they are evenly sized and shaped.
  3. Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the beef patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking and let it melt.
  1. While the beef patties are cooking, cook the bacon strips in a separate skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  2. Brush both inside sides of the burger buns with melted butter and brown them in a frying pan.
  3. To assemble the burgers, place a cooked beef patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
  4. Top each patty with 2 slices of bacon, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickle slices.
  5. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top half of each bun.
  6. Place the top bun over the toppings to complete the burger.
